Project Lead/Business Analyst

This position is a dual role and responsible for leading new client projects and providing ongoing project support, including the design, configuration, testing, documentation and deployment of new features and functionality within the client’s Salesforce.com instance. It is a critical position that will include reporting to and interfacing with key stakeholders, executives and users to support and define business requirements and build and maintain project management documentation.

Projects will range from of medium to high level of complexity and your participation in the resolution of many different system issues or projects.

Top notch discipline, organization and communication skills are all critical to the success of this role and the client project.

Responsibilities:

• Work with all key stakeholders at client site to develop business requirements, business and workflow processes
• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined requirements
• Understand and communicate all aspects of Salesforce configuration and future projects and make recommendations on new application integration and functionality to drive greater efficiency
• Support client to drive maximum Salesforce user adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with client and Forcify project team
• Communicate regularly with client and Forcify project team to ensure Salesforce functionality meets client’s business needs
• Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and/or deliver training as required
• Provide oversight and support data definition, migration and overall data integrity
• Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required
• Maintain projects and update in Salesforce on a continual basis

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• Project Management or Agile Certification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) or the ability to obtain in first 3 months
• Ability to analyze/design/develop using Visual Force and APEX
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team while also having the ability to work independently or at client site

Highly Desired

• Working knowledge of Hubspot, Zoho or other CRM applications
• Salesforce Certified Developer or the ability to obtain in first 3-6 months
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or the ability to obtain in first 3-6 months
• Salesforce Certified Service or Marketing Cloud or the ability to obtain in first 3-6 months
